Maybe you’re the type of gamer who feels constrained by the choice of a single class in an MMO and yearns to break free from that stifling limitation. Fret not, little one, for there’s an MMO in the making that could be right for you.

Sounding not unlike a prescription drug advertised on late-night television, Eclipsia is an upcoming indie MMORPG that sports a pixelart world, frantic combat, and the ability to collect and toggle between classes during your adventures. The project is aiming to release by the end of 2026.

“Eclipsia is a 2-D action MMORPG where thousands explore a world beyond imagination. Master fast-paced, multi-class combat, hunt legendary weapon classes, and venture through realms from tranquil forests to Nephelia’s clouds,” said developer Soulvex. “Face epic bosses, battle in PvP arenas, and forge your legend.”
