Get in, losers, we’re rebooting Azeroth. World of Warcraft Forever is out today, rolling back the game to its original launch and adding new quests, new mechanics, new talents, and a whole lot of extra stuff to the classic game. But you don’t have to take our word for it; there’s a whole launch overview video available if you have half an hour, covering everything from the re-imagined world to the changes to classes and the addition of the Skyborne alongside the new Legacy system.
But if you don’t have time to watch all of that, you can also read a quick overlook of everything that’s new and changed in the game. You choose your experience between a more classic or more modern skin, you pick your server ruleset between PvP, PvE, or roleplaying on either flavor (with hardcore planned to launch later), and you’ll have a whole lot to experiment with across the whole and breadth of Azeroth. So jump on in, adventurers, because it’s not just the old experience; it’s old-school and new-school in the same building. Blizzard also posted a map of when the MMORPG goes live across the globe; click that image below to see it in full.
