Valve announced the Steam Spring Sale start date with a brief trailer that teases some of the hundreds of discounts planned. The 2026 Steam Spring Sale begins on Thursday, March 19 at 10 a.m. PDT/1 p.m. EDT and runs through Thursday, March 26 at the same time.

Valve’s sale teaser picks out a dozen or so PC games that will headline the sale, along with a quick look at what to expect from the deep discounts section, a selection of popular games at prices much lower than usual. Some standouts are:

And the deep discount section will include:

  • Resident Evil 3 Remake
  • Fallout: New Vegas
  • Star Wars: Jedi — Survivor
  • Vampyr
  • Metro: Last Light Redux
  • Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair

Along with a lot more. Steam’s seasonal sales feature discounts on literally thousands of games from hundreds of developers and publishers, and this one will be no different. Just keep your expectations in check for Steam Deck discounts, as Valve is still struggling with shortages thanks to the RAM crisis affecting supply.
