Last week started our reporting on Project ZETA, a “tactical arena” game where four teams of three players battle it out over control of a prism. At the time, we noted that the game was entering its first open global beta test, which has officially kicked off for the weekend, running from now until June 28th.
The start of open testing was heralded with details on what updates were made between now and its last closed tests. Adjustments include new traversal systems across the map to get to fights more quickly, new monsters to face, an updated HUD, and an improved tutorial to help new arrivals come to grips with the game.
Other features of the test build include a new character, updates to all character hitboxes, a “renewed” battle map, more new gadgets, some codex updates, and an execution buff that lets characters finish off enemy players when they reach a certain health threshold. The test is available via Steam now; just clicky the big green button.
