Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has just given us a closer look at the stylish Rick Strowd, a boxing pro who cuts quite the imposing figure. He’s charismatic and charming enough to own the stage, and brings some serious combo potential to his attacks.
He’s been around the world, taking on opponents in the hope of finding those worthy of his superior skills. That search has brought him to South Town right at the beginning of its revenge-focused third season. It’s going to be interesting to see if old rivals or perhaps estranged friends come along to haunt his efforts to earn the title of the King of Fighters.
Regardless of the cast’s pedigree, he’s got quite a good shot at it, with attacks that cancel well into each other, and bounces and juggles that can keep a combo going as you whale on anyone foolish enough to stand in the way of Rick and his goals. The fight’s about to get intense in City of the Wolves, and Strowd is the beginning of an exciting new season that brings six new characters and content to the table every month starting July 23, 2026.
