Ready to game like it’s 2012 all over again? You can return to the era of MOBA hotness by trying out the brand-new StoneHold, a 5v5 title by Little Orbit that’s gone into open beta.
Introduced last November, StoneHold blends MOBA gameplay with a deck-building mechanic to provide more surprising and strategic matches. The open beta offers full matches and content as the studio focuses the spotlight on the game in order to build up a critical mass of players.
“StoneHold is a free-to-play 5v5 action MOBA where collectible card strategy meets intense third-person combat,” the studio said. “Pick a Warden, build a deck, draw by crushing turrets and defeating enemies, then swap cards and skills at base for constant counterplay. UE5 visuals and a world of chiseled stone magic.”
Little Orbit’s devs assured fans of APB Reloaded that they hadn’t been forgotten during the recent StoneHold demo and open beta blitz, saying, “We have some love for you guys on the way.” Meanwhile, all is extremely quiet on the Fallen Earth front, Little Orbit’s other MMO.
