Act fast, and you could grab a 34-inch gaming monitor with a 165Hz refresh rate for just $199.98, saving you 26% off its usual price. This IPS gaming monitor has a truly incredible spec for its current cost, and with over 4,800 reviews and an average 4.4 out of five stars on Amazon, it’s a well-regarded display too.

Made by Sansui, this is one of the cheapest 34-inch gaming monitors I’ve ever seen, and while I’ve not had the chance to test this particular display myself, it’s a bargain I wouldn’t pass up if I were in the market for such an upgrade. If you do fancy opting for a more familiar brand, though, you can have a browse of our best gaming monitor guide to see our current 34-inch recommendations.

This Sansui gaming monitor delivers all the essentials for a display of this type. Its 34-inch size is a huge upgrade over typical smaller panels, such as 24 or 27-inch displays. You can easily fit two Windows windows side-by-side, it’s a perfect match for widescreen movies, and gaming in ultrawide is amazing, particularly for more cinematic titles.

This screen size is ideally matched by its 3,440 x 1,440 resolution, which offers the same sharpness as a 2,560 x 1,440 (1440p) resolution on a 27-inch panel. Pixels don’t look blocky, yet they’re also not so small that you have to use Windows scaling settings to make things readable.

A 165Hz refresh rate is also ample for providing a smooth feel in the vast majority of games, even if competitive gaming fiends will likely want to push for an even higher refresh rate. Regardless, with Freesync on hand, you’ll be able to game free from image tearing and stutter.

Other features include a 1500mm radius curve to the screen, bringing a slightly more immersive feel to your gaming, plus this display is HDR capable, though it doesn’t have a DisplayHDR rating. It does claim 125% sRGB color space coverage and 95% DCI-P3 color space coverage, so it should be a vivid display. I suspect color calibration won’t have been a priority for such a cheap display, though, so you’ll likely need to rely on a colorimeter and calibration software, if you’re looking to use this display for image and video editing where color accuracy matters.

Normally priced at $269.99, you can grab this display for $60.01 less than usual at the moment, bringing the price down to $199.98. You can grab it from Amazon via this link, with this discount marked as a limited-time deal, so you’ll likely need to be quick to grab it before it’s gone.
