Silent North, the sandbox survival shooter from Ghosts of Tabor studio Fight Waffle, is now accessible in early entry on Quest and PC VR headsets.

Like Face Punch Studio’s iconic PvPvE sport Rust (2013), Silent North is an open-ended survival sport that gives up a sandbox the place you make the principles. Create allies, betray everybody, or simply take within the sport’s persistent world.

“It’s a very completely different expertise from Ghosts of Tabor, the place survival is concentrated on high-stakes raids with an emphasis on tactical fight, gear assortment, and extraction,” mentioned Scott Albright, CEO and founding father of Fight Waffle Studios. “The survival style is so nuanced, however there’s one factor that tends to permeate each sub-genre: a complete lack of immersive, VR methods to expertise them. We’re engaged on altering that.”

And as you’d think about, that additionally consists of environmental hazards, hostile Contaminated (aka ‘zombies’), and fellow gamers trying to survive.
