There’s a new fighter coming to Invincible VS, and he’s every bit as awesome as his presence in the comics and TV show.

The Immortal might have met a very brutal end at Omni-Man’s hands, but he’s soon resurrected and out for revenge. He’s got a new trailer that shows off a very versatile moveset that could let you pull off some potentially endless combos, as your hapless opponents can only watch their health bars melt away as you connect every single blow from your onslaught.

There are some great mix-ups and a few attacks that bounce your opponent long enough to let you pop off another combo from either the ground or the air. Quarter Up has factored in his years of experience with The Guardians and the fact that he’s had several lifetimes to hone his battle skills when designing him. Even better is the fact that you get to try him out in Training Mode before you decide to take the plunge and add him to your roster of fighters, which already includes fan favorites like Allen the Alien and Ella Mental, an original character who’s as versatile as they come.

The Immortal joins the fray on June 30th, as Season 1 of a very impressive fighting game begins.
