Epic Games is only giving away one new free PC game this week, and RPG players looking for the next adventure will want to snag it. For the next week, you can get The Stone of Madness for free from the Epic Games Store.

If you’re a fan of Blasphemous or Blasphemous 2, you’ll want to download…

The Stone of Madness

The Stone of Madness is a stealthy RPG released just last year from The Game Kitchen, the makers of the Blasphemous games. It features a hand-painted art style that the developers describe as “a Goya painting brought to life.”

Set in an 18th-century Spanish monastery, you take control of five prisoners trying to escape. They’ll assassinate enemies, cast spells, and sneak their way to freedom. You’ll have to be cognizant of their mental health while escaping, as each prisoner has past traumas and phobias affecting them. The Stone of Madness was well received by critics and holds a “Mostly Positive” rating on Steam.

If The Stone of Madness catches your eye, all you need to do is log in to the Epic Games Store and claim the game. It will be free until Thursday, April 23, at 11 a.m. EDT.
