PlayStation 5 owners can finally dive into Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed, and if you’re on the fence about it, the new release trailer might be enough to tip the scales in its favor.
Showcasing The Living Lands, and how you can shape your role in it as The Envoy to your liking, the trailer is quite the highlight reel, highlighting a variety of character builds with distinct races, skill-sets, and playstyles that’s going to be music to the ears of all your RPG fans out there. You decide your approach to The Living Lands and all they have to offer, and must live with the consequences of your choices.
Aside from that, the trailer also reaffirms what’s included with the new Anniversary Update, aka, 2.0. There are three new playable races, Custom Difficulty, Photo Mode, a new weapon type in the Quarterstaff, additional presets, and more. New Game Plus is also finally available, and on top of granting unique modifiers to enemies, it’s also somewhat different from the usual offerings, allowing you to create a new character.
