While we might have touched on it yesterday, a new game releasing within our general circle does get to claim a bit of attention, particularly since it’s part of the still-popular Minecraft franchise: The co-op OARPG Minecraft Dungeons II has officially launched as of today.
In terms of narrative, this one looks to pick right back up where the first one left off, as players are tasked with investigating strange rifts appearing across the Overworld and dealing with the threat of the Illager High Council. Players will face all-new foes in couch co-op or online play in parties of up to four, while exploring several new locations including the upcoming Sift dimension that will be in Minecraft proper next year.
As for this one, it’s live on PC, Xbox X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. And, of course, there’s a launch trailer to watch below to tie it all up into a neat little bow. A boxy neat bow, obviously.
