Gamescom has returned again, and that means another round of Geoff Keighley’s Opening Night Live. Yes, it’s night in Cologne. Take it up with astrophysics.
Technically, the preshow has been running for the last half hour, but you haven’t missed much, and in fact, we’re not expecting a ton of multiplayer and MMO news, but we’re always down for surprises. Whatever we get, we’ll be updating down below as the event rolls on, so watch with us!

Let’s goooooo.
Crimson Desert
PA has been super weird about this former MMO actually getting multiplayer in the future, but Pearl Abyss just dropped a trailer for what it’s now calling Crimson Desert Enhanced. The trailer talks up new stuff: “new cutscenes and dialogue that strengthen the story’s narrative flow, five new voiceover languages, and newly added Arabic subtitles and UI” as well as “five new voiceover languages — French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese (Brazilian)[.]”
Ananta

Did you always want Fortnite but with some South Korean vibes? How about Like or Die from NCsoft. “Like or Die is a next-generation team-based survival FPS currently being developed by NC. Set on ‘Quaya Stream’, a cosmic streaming platform, players take on the role of streamers competing for survival. With countless viewers tuned in to the live broadcast, players battle alongside their teammates to be the last ones standing.”
