EA Sports FC 27 Drops In-Depth Look at The Grounds, Modes and Features Showcased

News about EA Sports FC 27 continues to pour in as the franchise gears up for what looks like a rather ambitious annual release that brings a lot of new stuff to the experience.

Building on the momentum from yesterday’s FUT deep dive is a new look at The Grounds, a social hub with a lot of fun activities and three distinct, ever-evolving districts themed around football culture from famous global locations. You’ve got Monclair with its French-inspired cage pitches and metropolitan vibe. Zeiza brings Argentina’s Potrero spirit to life, and Parkside is a fair representation of the UK’s football culture to begin with.

Of course, it’s not just the places you’re going to but the faces you meet and the things you get to do with them that will keep you coming back to The Grounds. You’ve got a few mentors to see, such as Alex Hunter, Kylian Mbappé, Chloe Kelly, and Paulo Dybala, each of whom is going to push you towards specific activities spread across club leagues and playoffs, live tournaments with varying house rules, small-sided games, stadium drop-ins, Kickabouts, and more in a long list of things for you to take on.

This is a great place to chill, and perhaps even a world that lets you leave the trouble of your career behind for longer than you’d care to admit. It’s also a great way to try honing those skills that seem so much more important this time around.
