Pearl Abyss has released a new update for Crimson Desert, and it adds dozens of new armor pieces. For Kliff and Oongka, you can look forward to four brand new armor sets, including the heavily requested (you know the guy) Knight of Carnage armor. That’s on top of 19 separate pieces of equipment, including three new headgear.

Damiane also gets eight new armor pieces alongside two new outfits – Odeck and Dark Marskman – and one piece from the Masked Liberator set. If that wasn’t enough, both Damiane and Oongka can equip Kuku gear like the armor sets, Marni Laser Helm, and more. It’s also possible to craft popular armor sets like the Frostcursed Plate Armor and Scorchflame Plate Armor.

Beyond this, players can now hide the minimap and status UI, equip the new Hunter’s Sigil that enables your pet birds to collect prey in your stead, and even enter the Abyss with Damiane and Oongka. Check out some of the patch notes below and full details here.

Crimson Desert is available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC with over six million copies sold. Believe it or not, Pearl Abyss isn’t even halfway through its promised roadmap for June to September, with story improvements also coming soon. It’s also working on paid DLC, which will offer a different experience from the updates, though further details remain to be revealed.
