Baldur’s Gate 3 was 2023’s game of the year, and it’s widely considered to be one of the greatest RPGs of all time. Right now, Larian Studios’ massive hit is available at the lowest price it’s ever been on PlayStation 5, Steam, and GOG.

On Steam, the base game is just $44.99, which matches its lowest price since release. Additionally, the Digital Deluxe Edition DLC has the same discount, bringing it down to $7.49, so you can grab the whole bundle for $52.48 in total. Meanwhile, on GOG, it’s slightly more expensive, at $47.45, while the upgrade is $8.06, for a total of $55.51.

On the PlayStation Store, the base game of Baldur’s Gate 3 isn’t discounted, but the entire Digital Deluxe Edition package has the same 25% discount. However, sorry PlayStation players: this only brings it down to $59.99, so it’s more expensive than on PC. All of these discounts only run until Thursday March 26 though, so be quick.

If you’re not familiar with Baldur’s Gate 3, you’re in for a wild ride. Set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, and in the Sword Coast of the Forgotten Realms specifically, it’s an expansive RPG where every choice you make has a consequential impact on each part of your story-rich playthrough. Our Baldur’s Gate 3 review considers it a “masterpiece” thanks to “the depth of its characters, the complexities of its narrative, and the staggering amount of stuff you can do.” GOG estimates the main story alone takes over 70 hours, while completionists can spend around 180 hours experiencing everything it has to offer.

If Larian Studios’ pre-Game Awards stunt with the huge desert-based monolith teasing their next game Divinity caught your eye, you’ll want to play Baldur’s Gate 3. Whether you’re a D&D fan or not, this award-winning RPG is worth of a spot in your library.
