There are a dizzying number of currencies to be accumulated in Where Winds Meet, with most serving very specific uses, ranging from pulls to trading with merchants in each region, as well as for premium cosmetics. Not only is their usage restricted to activity-related shops, but there are also varying caps on how much can be earned each week.

This guide is about every single one of the in-game currencies in Where Winds Meet and how to acquire them effectively.

Battle Pass Coins

A premium currency, this one is tied to Battle Pass activity completion. The coins themselves are not capped, but instead the XP that they can advance in the Battle Pass is limited to 8,850 every week.

The Battle Pass itself has a variety of items and cosmetics.

Commerce Coins

An ordinary currency for general use, it is readily rewarded from quests, but can also be earned in mini-games and by trading horses. There is no cap on their maximum amount.

Spend it in mini-games and with some merchants as well.

Echo Jade

A variety of quests reward you with Echo Jade, but you can also stumble upon them while exploring and looting chests, as well as post-combat. There is no cap on their maximum amount.

Acquire Inner Ways/Internal Arts with them, as well as some cosmetics and various items like Tuning Stones.

Fourfold Coins

A currency with its use limited exclusively to the Bounty Shop, Fourfold Coins are also earned exclusively through the completion of bounties.

A variety of cosmetics make up the purchasing pool, and the weekly cap is 1,500.

Four Seas Letters

A currency that is both earned and spent exclusively in co-op or multiplayer, including bounties. Capped at 1,000 each week, it is spent in the related Shop menu.

Harmonic Core

One of several items that can be acquired from Premium Banner pulls, the Harmonic Core is the most likely draw from it, at least in the Legendary tier pool. There is no known maximum amount of Harmonic Cores that can be held.

Swap them for five Jades, or vice versa.

Or exchange them for Legendary tier characters and items from the Premium Banner in the Draw menu’s shop.

Harmony Coins

Another currency with both an exclusive Shop as well as various exclusive tasks to earn it. With a focus on multiplayer activities, earnings are capped at 2,000 per week.

Hundred Trades Treasure Coins

Completion of career-related activities earn you this exclusive coin which can only be spent in its exclusive shop that sells cosmetics. No more than 2,500 can be accrued each week.

Jade Fish

Currency with a weekly cap of 20K, Jade Fish are best farmed through Engagements where potential rewards are clearly indicated, but you will also acquire them through most activities in general.

Then spend the Jade Fish on various materials and gear in the Shop tab next to it.

Jianghu Reputation

Daily activities come with their own special currency rewards, and are capped at 1,200 per week.

Spend them on cosmetics in the Shop.

Pearls

There is no apparent way to obtain Pearls through gameplay, making it a premium currency that must be purchased with real-world money. There is no apparent cap on purchases either.

The use of Pearls is ideally limited to pulls, though a variety of other items can also be purchased.

Song Tong Bao

Regional currency with a weekly cap imposed across all of a similar type. The currency of choice for most NPC vendors.

Treasure Money

Use of this currency is unlocked later in the game, and serves as an alternative to Pearls for the purchase of premium cosmetics. There is no known cap to how much can be accumulated, and it is readily earned through questing and crafting.

Zhou Tong Bao

Regional currency with a weekly cap imposed across all of a similar type. The currency of choice for most NPC vendors.

Those are all of the currencies to be earned and spent in Where Winds Meet.
