It is official: KPop Demon Hunters is coming to Fortnite. On Monday, Epic Video games teased the arrival of KPop Demon Hunters in its battle royale through singer Rei Ami, who supplies the singing voice for Zoey in Sony and Netflix’s animated film a couple of trio of demon-slaying Ok-pop stars heading off an otherworldly invasion.
Huntrix’s Rumi, Mira, and Zoey from KPop Demon Hunters will arrive in Fortnite on Oct. 2. The trio will star in Demon Rush, a themed model of the sport’s Horde Rush mode. Naturally, gamers will even have the ability to buy skins for Rumi, Mira, and Zoey by the Fortnite store.
Ami posted a sneak peek at Zoey from Huntrix’s pores and skin on TikTok and Instagram, as a part of a response to the official Fortnite accounts.
On Tuesday, Epic launched the primary take a look at Rumi’s pores and skin through IGN, which you’ll preview beneath. Unsurprisingly, the ladies of Huntrix are a close to one-to-one recreation of their animated counterparts from the KPop Demon Hunters film.
Given KPop Demon Hunters‘ recognition, it was virtually a provided that Epic Video games would wish to embody the members of Huntrix in Fortnite. KPop Demon Hunters is Netflix’s most-watched authentic film of all time, and a theatrical success for the streamer, due to sing-along screenings of the movie. Extra KPop Demon Hunters is on the best way.
It would not seem like the Saja Boys will get skins too (what’s actually necessary is that they do proper by Derpy and Sussie), however with KPop Demon Hunters‘ recognition and endurance, something is feasible.
The arrival of Demon Rush (and Huntrix) heralds the Halloween-themed Fortnitemares, which will even convey characters like Scream’s Ghostface, Friday the thirteenth’s Jason Vorhees, the Scooby Doo gang, and Terrifier’s Artwork the Clown to Fortnite. Oh, and Doja Cat’s coming too.
