Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is finally here, and Expression Games has come out with a detailed rundown of everything it’s bringing to the table with its release build, along with the promise of a content roadmap next week on August 19th.
The action is suitably chaotic, as befits a title that has you trying to do your job in battles that are designed to wreck even the best-laid plans. We’ve found a lot to like in our review, with the game’s rendition of Vietnam being a highlight, although performance issues and the usual bugs have brought it down a bit in our eyes.
Still, it’s a solid game for those of you who like to leverage the unpredictability of the battlefield in your favor (especially if you enjoy a slower, more methodical pace in your multiplayer shooters). The different game modes, roles, and a nice selection of maps on release are sure to let you have as much fun as you like ahead of new content making its way to Vietnam over the next few months. Things in this one are definitely as chaotic as that launch trailer from last week suggests.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is available for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. There’s more information here if you’re on the fence about this one.
