Saber Interactive, the studio behind PC and console shooter World Conflict Z (2019), revealed the franchise is getting its first VR sport, bringing the enduring swarm of zombies to Quest and SteamVR headsets on August twelfth.

World Conflict Z VR is about to be a wholly new entry within the collection constructed from the ground-up for VR, one thing the studio says “faithfully reimagines the extreme motion of the unique World Conflict Z sport.”

In contrast to the PC and console sport although, which featured a third-person view and had a lot of multiplayer modes, the VR launch is claimed to supply up a first-person, single-player marketing campaign set throughout New York, Tokyo and Marseille.

World Conflict Z VR guarantees to allow you to tackle “over 200 zombies” at a time, with each gameplay mechanic of the unique World Conflict Z absolutely reimagined for VR, the studio says, which is about to function seven playable characters along with its host of weapons, perks and three issue settings.

And just like the within the World Conflict Z (2013) movie and 2006 Max Brooks novel, zombies are removed from brainless walkers; the studio says zombies “will adapt to their environment and your playstyle to hunt you down, whereas particular contaminated enemies increase the stakes even greater.”

Launching August twelfth, World Conflict Z VR is now out there for pre-order on the Horizon Retailer for Quest 2 and above and on Steam for PC VR headsets, priced at $20. Though there’s no pre-order low cost to talk of, pre-order clients will get an unique ‘Golden Pores and skin Pack’ weapon bonus.
